Anywhere Outpost is bringing a fully furnished glamping camp to Fir Tree Grove at County Line Ranch for the 37th annual Reggae on the River. Your bell tent is built, made up, and waiting when you arrive. Real beds, real linens, solar lights already glowing. Drop your bag, pull up a camp chair, and get into the vibe before the first bass note hits.

Our bedroom tents are 16-foot diameter canvas bell tents, waterproof, bugproof, and seriously comfortable. Casper memory foam mattresses, Brooklinen cotton sheets, down comforters, alpaca throws, copper hanger racks, hand-woven rugs inside and out. No plastic furniture, no thin sleeping pads, no shortcuts on quality.

One Queen Bed, Sleeps up to 2

A real bed in a canvas tent tucked under the firs. The right choice for couples or solo travelers who want their own private corner of the grove. Two Twin Beds, Sleeps 2

Same tent, two separate beds. The go-to for friends traveling together who each want their own space at the end of a long night on the dance floor. Two Queen Beds, Sleeps up to 4

Two queen beds, one spacious tent, four people sorted. The right choice for two couples or a group of four who want to share a base camp and split the cost. FAQ’s 

What time can I check in? Check-in begins Friday, August 14. The Anywhere Outpost crew will be on-site in radio coordination with the box office to get you settled.

What time is checkout? Checkout is Monday, August 17 by noon.

Is there parking near the tents? Yes! Your glamping package comes with 1 premier parking space. This parking area is directly across from your glamping tent.

Is the tent secure? Can I lock it? The tents zip closed but are not hard-locked. We recommend leaving valuables at home or using the festival's designated secure storage if available. You can bring a luggage lock to lock the zipper closed if you want. 

Is it waterproof and bugproof? Yes and yes. They are waterproof and zip shut to be bugproof.

How big is the tent? 210 sq feet of indoor space. 16 feet in diameter, ten feet tall in the middle with enough room to stand, move around, and store your gear comfortably.

Can I leave my belongings in the tent during the day? Yes. Your tent is your base camp for the weekend. 

Do I need to bring bedding or towels? No. Bedding, pillows and Turkish bath towels are all included. If you sleep cold, you may consider packing warm pajamas, socks and a beanie just in case or bringing additional blankets. 

Is there electricity in the tent? Tents are equipped with rechargeable lanterns and battery powered indoor and outdoor lighting. There is no hardwired power or outlets in the tent. We recommend bringing power banks to recharge devices. 

Is there a bathroom near the camp? Check the map for the nearest Festival restroom facilities which are available throughout the venue. Glamping guests use the same facilities as other festival attendees.

Is my festival wristband included?  Yes! Your package includes VIP tickets for 2-4 people and one vehicle pass. Tickets available for purchase at reggaeontheriver.com.

Can I add guests to my tent after booking? Each tent has a maximum occupancy of 2 to 4 guests based on the layout you book. No more than that many guests are allowed to sleep in the tents. 

What is the damage deposit and when do I get it back? A damage deposit of $150 is collected online by Anywhere Outpost, the glamping company building our camp, after you book and before check-in.  Anywhere Outpost will reach out via email once you book your tent.  The deposit is returned within 14 days of check-out once the tent and its contents are confirmed accounted for and in good condition.

What if the festival is cancelled? In the event of a cancellation outside of anyone's control, please refer to the Reggae on the River refund policy for wristbands. Glamping purchases are otherwise non-refundable.

Can my dog stay in the tent with me? No pets are permitted in the tents. Documented and registered service animals are welcome provided they are never left unattended in the tent. Please note that even well-behaved dogs can cause irreparable damage or leave allergens to canvas tent interiors with just a few minutes of no oversight. 

Is there a wagon or luggage service to help get gear to the tents? No, it is not but it’s helpful to bring one along! 

Can my friends who aren't staying in a glamping tent visit me at the camp? The glamping area will be fenced in but guests can come visit when escorted by a glamping guest. The number of people sleeping in the tent is limited to the max occupancy of the glamp tent you purchased. 

Is there secure storage available for valuables? No, we suggest leaving valuables locked in the trunk of your car or left at home. The festival nor Anywhere Outpost is responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Is the glamping area fenced or gated with controlled access? Yes, the glamping area will be fenced in. A glamping host will be available in the area during main stage hours. 

Do your tents have fans or air conditioning? No, there is no power to the tents, they do not come temperature controlled. 

Where is the glamping camp located within the festival? The glamping area is conveniently located near the west bowl entrance, near the stage and VIP area.


Is there a quiet hours policy in or around the glamping area? Quiet hours are observed from 2a-6a. Our River stage may go until 4 am Friday and Saturday and the sound does travel into this zone. 


Will I hear music or noise from the tent at night? From the parking lot? From the river? You may hear music from the River stage late night party. The premier car camp and RV areas are located close by. We do ask these campers to not amplify music beyond their designated camp areas.


Where is the nearest food and drink to the glamping area? Food can be found at the main food court and north beach areas. There are water stations in the car camp area close by.


Can I bring a cooler or outside food and drinks into the glamping camp? Yes, you may bring your own items into your camping space. No glass please. No alcohol will be permitted to enter the concert bowl area.


Can I bring a pop-up tent, fold up table and propane camping stove to the glamping area? Luckily your camping area is in near full shade all day! You may bring a fold up table under 6ft and propane camping stove, no charcoal or hibachi grills. 


How far is the glamping area from the main stage? Less than 200 ft! You are practically backstage and closest to the entrance for the VIP area.

Can I leave the festival and re-enter? Is there a re-entry fee? You may leave, but your vehicle may not. Vehicles will be charged for re-entry and parking not guaranteed on site. We do have a shuttle service that will take you to the nearby towns of Garberville and Redway, or to the gas station across the highway that stocks plenty of extra items.


Are showers available on site and where are they located relative to the glamping area? There are showers close by, approximately 300 ft away.
