Submissions are due by End of Day (5pm PST) on Wednesday 3/20/24.

Artists may submit as many entries as they like.

Selected Artists will be given a VIP Package (2 Tickets with the VIP Add-On, and a Weekend Parking Pass) and a Merchandise Package (multiple copies of all merchandise made with selected designs)

Selection will be made by a committee of members of the Reggae on the River production team.

Multiple entries may be selected for use, resulting in multiple winners.

All artists submitting designs acknowledge that in order to be selected, they must grant Reggae on the River exclusive rights to reproduction of selected designs.

All non-selected designs remain the property of the artists who submitted them, unless they incorporate the legal trademarks or copyrighted materials of Reggae on the River.

Artists of the selected designs will be notified by email.

All submissions and all questions should be sent to media@mateel.org with "ROTR Merch Contest" in the subject line.

Initial submissions should be made in .jpg, .png, or .pdf file format, but all artwork should also be available in as close to final print quality as possible.

All types of designs and artwork will be considered, but what we ARE NOT  looking for is a Logo, Wordmark, or Poster Design.  We are specifically looking for original artwork that will translate well to printed merchandise, accessories, and/or apparel.
